Dawa oilfield has entered the late stage of development,and the reservoir geological conditions are getting worse and worse.In terms of loose sandstone geological reservoir,well sand production is the most important geological influencing factor.At present,there are 213 oil Wells and 167 oil Wells in dawa oilfield,and there are different degrees of sand production in the water injection and flooding block and the unwater injection block.Through the research and improvement of the integrated technology of sand resistance.On the one hand,"sand control,sand discharge",for the degree of sand light Wells,explore the development of a reasonable production management system,the use of special screw sand or sand bailing method,to avoid excessive amplification of production pressure difference production,so that the oil well excited production resulting in a large number of sand;On the other hand,"sand control",for the Wells whose sand production has led to low production and shutdown,on the basis of full analysis and demonstration,adopt appropriate sand control measures for the whole block or single well to maximize the production capacity of the well.The prediction and evaluation of production capacity of sand control Wells are of great significance for the selection and design of reasonable sand control measures,the adjustment of sand control production process and the full improvement of economic potential of oil and gas Wells.The evaluation of production capacity and economic forecast of oil well after sand control is of decisive significance to the effectiveness of the selected sand control scheme.For Wells,its goal is to achieve wellbore sand control does not appear in the sand or fine sand,and does not affect the production of oil well under normal circumstances,has good economic benefit and requirement,therefore in the choice of concrete sand control technology,the effect obviously should not only consider the sand control process,also need to consider the oil and gas well production capacity and economic effect after sand control measures,find out the feasible in technique,and good economic benefit.Through the investigation and analysis of the layered sand control technology at home and abroad,the following conclusions are drawn: the mechanical sand control technology has a long history of development,and the technology has been gradually improved.Domestic and foreign oil and gas fields,oil and gas companies have their own special mechanical sand control tools,measures.Mechanical sand control has certain limitations,which affects the normal production and economic benefit of oil field.This led to the beginning of chemical sand control technology research.As the old block of liaohe oilfield enters the late stage of exploitation,taking dawa oilfield as an example,the sand-producing oil well has accounted for 21.2% of the number of Wells opened.The combination of mechanical sand control and chemical sand control has been widely used in recent years.Deep well benefit analysis through the experiment form and complete sand control and mechanical resistance sand squeeze packing sand prevention integration technology,gradually establish the stop line of "four one" comprehensive control system,effectively solve the middle and later periods of the similar to the old merchant oilfield water flooding sandstone reservoir development serious sand production,conventional technology difficult problems of poor governance effect.And improve the sand control effect at the same time,greatly reduce the construction costs.
