| Liaohe oil field is a complex fault-block's reservoir with many types, poor diagenesis, high clay content, loose cemented strata. Additionally, during steam injection to heavy oil and extra-heavy oil reservoir and sand production of the wells is particularly serious. The production of oil with sand will bring out a lot of trouble and difficulties. The stuck pump may happen and the oil well can not produce regularly; serious sanding wells can cause reservoir buried in sand (not oil) and tube sand stuck, so the oil wells may cease production. Wells of operation sand are about 3200 wells per year, operating funds invest nearly 1.3 millions, affect the output of 10 thousand tons per year. By analyzing the cause and feature about the sanding-wells, the series bump products are pertinently researched. The sand pump about PS series includes PS-â…£sand control oil-well pump,PS-â…¡sand control oil-well pump,PS-â…¢sand control oil-well pump,PS-â…£sand control oil-well pump,PS-â…¤sand control oil-well pump,PS-â…¥sand oil-well pump,all these are belong to the two techniques of strong pump and sucker. Now we carry out the technique, which have the marked effect in 608 wells. It's also meet to the automatic oil, heavy oil, extra-heavy oil of high-silt content water and steam huff puff oil-well. The successful application of this technique in Liaohe Oil-filed greatly reduce the producing cost of sanding of oil well, and change the unused blocks into the able used blocks, which also have the excellent economic efficiency. At the same time, this technique can go for the other internal oil-fields and has the broad application prospect.
