Research On Cost Control Of Digital Transformation Project Of Oil Transfer Station In X Plant Of Y Oilfield

In recent years,with the adjustment of production scale of Y oilfield,there are many problems in oilfield development,such as large amount of labor,low production efficiency,low per capita productivity,and difficulty in sustainable development.With the development of digital technology and the combination of mechanization and automation,the labor force in labor-intensive industries has been liberated and the production efficiency has been improved to some extent.The oil transfer station is one of the gathering and transportation units in the oil production unit of Y oilfield,which is mainly responsible for water cut oil settlement,dehydration,oil transportation and water injection.The traditional oil transportation and water injection treatment process is still dominated by manual field operation,with many control links and complex process.Therefore,the oil transfer station is the production unit suitable for digital transformation in Y oilfield.Through digital transformation,the high efficiency of the gathering and transportation system and the reduction of the total amount of labor are realized,so as to save and reduce the production cost.This paper takes the construction cost control of 4 oil transfer stations in the middle of X oil production plant of Y oilfield as the research object,finds out the problems of project cost management through investigation and analysis,analyzes the causes,formulates appropriate measures,and implements the follow-up cost management of the project,which has reference significance for other old oil transfer stations to carry out digital transformation and enterprise cost management.First of all,the paper introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance and the research status at home and abroad,and so on.Secondly,in the theoretical part,the development course and current situation of the theory,concept and method of cost control at home and abroad are studied,and the basic concepts related to project construction cost control are expounded.Then,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper analyzes the current situation of construction cost control of the digital transformation project of the oil transfer station in the central region of X oil production plant of Y oil field,i.e.the basic situation and implementation of the project,and finds out the existing problems in the construction cost control of the project from the four aspects of design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion stage by means of questionnaire Analyze the reasons.Finally,according to the actual situation of the project,the scientific and reasonable control objectives are determined,the responsibility of cost control is clarified,and then it is decomposed and implemented to the relevant departments and personnel.The improvement countermeasures of cost control in the design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion stage of the digital transformation project of the central oil transfer station in X plant of Y oilfield are put forward.
