| In recent years,with the continuous development of industrial control technology,the country has successively established a modern pickling production line.The continuous pickling unit needs to tension the strip during the pickling process of the coil to enable the strip to run in the normal working area of the production line,improve the pickling efficiency and increase the pickling effect.Degree and uniformity.Meanwhile,the real-time monitoring system is added to ensure safe,stable and efficient operation of the pickling unit.Therefore,it is of great significance to study how to improve the production efficiency of strip steel on pickling line from the convenience of control and monitoring.This paper studies the on-line measurement and control system of pickling line,analyzes the static mechanics principle of the dancer roll in tension control and the importance of precision in position servo control,and designs the control system of automatic tension control and servo position control.The unit control system uses the Siemens S7-400 series as the controller,and the main drive system uses the S120 series inverter.The monitoring and control system of the upper computer selects the monitoring screen of Siemens’ Win CC software configuration,and uses the network system to exchange data with PLC,variable frequency speed control system,position servo system and tension control system.After joining the man-machine interface,online modification of various parameters,real-time interaction of data and real-time monitoring of the entire system are realized.According to the technical requirements of the control system,the status quo and development trend of the automatic control system at home and abroad have been carefully studied.Through the tension control classification(tension control of each section of the unit and tension control of the unit operation process)and process requirements,it is determined to install the pinch roller in the appropriate position of the unit.The method of adding dancer roller in five roller is adopted to adjust the tension.The static model of the five-roll tension roller was established,and the mechanical analysis was carried out under the two modes of no-input and input of the dancer roller.Then the coiling effect of the coiler on the strip shows that the automatic control system with variable tension is selected for the control system.According to the control scheme of electric control system on site,the servo position control is added.Compared with the traditional manual control,the precision of automatic control is improved and the time of manual adjustment is shortened.According to the requirements of the measurement and control system,the software programming and hardware selection of the speed control,tension control and position control as well as the design of the monitoring software of the upper computer are completed.After being put into production,the system has good control effect of speed and tension,stable operation,stable tension and reliable product quality. |
