In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the demand and output of hazardous chemicals are growing,and the storage scale of hazardous chemicals is also growing.However,storage management of dangerous chemicals has always been in state of disorder.The general rules for stored hazardous chemicals has strict requirements on the stacking distance and mixed storage method of hazardous chemicals.However,due to the lack of effective positioning and monitoring technology,violation of the principle of isolation and storage of hazardous chemicals and other illegal phenomena are common,and the management of hazardous chemicals in and out is chaotic.To solve these problems,this dissertation studies the method of dangerous chemicals positioning based on RFID,and designs the positioning management system of dangerous chemicals,which realizes the accurate positioning of dangerous chemicals in the warehouse,the monitoring and warning of mixed storage status,and the information management of dangerous chemicals in and out of the warehouse.This dissertation mainly completed the following three aspects of work:Based on the investigation and analysis of the structure of hazardous chemicals warehouse,two positioning strategies are studied.Aiming at the low positioning accuracy of traditional RFID algorithm,a plane positioning algorithm based on stack model is proposed to improve the positioning accuracy.This dissertation analyzes and studies the problem of algorithm accuracy degradation caused by environmental change,and proposes a fingerprint database update algorithm based on MultiSource TrAdaBoost,which reduces the location error and the workload of fingerprint database collection.According to the specific environment of hazardous chemicals storage and the management needs of warehouse management personnel,this dissertation analyzes the requirements of hazardous chemicals storage location management system,designs a cross platform framework of hazardous chemicals location management system,determines the data flow and business process of each module of the storage management system,and establishes the warehouse management system database combined with hazardous chemicals management requirements and positioning algorithm.On the hardware platform,the modules of tag reading and writing,RSS value acquisition are designed and developed,the positioning management system software based on C#and Java is realized,and the dangerous chemicals positioning algorithm proposed in this dissertation is deployed on the server,then the dangerous chemicals storage positioning management system based on RFID is integrated and implemented,and the deployment test is carried out in the experimental environment.In this dissertation,a cross platform positioning management system for dangerous chemicals is designed.RFID technology is used to realize the information management of dangerous chemicals and improve the management efficiency of dangerous chemicals in and out of the warehouse.At the same time,RFID positioning technology is used to realize the accurate positioning of dangerous chemicals in the warehouse.The average positioning error is less than 0.6m,which meets the basic requirements of taboo distance monitoring and can reduce the wrong mixed storage of dangerous chemicals The resulting safety accidents have certain scientific significance and application value.
