The stacking of dangerous chemicals cargo has a great impact on the safety,utilization and transportation convenience of the warehouse.It is of great significance to carry out the optimization of the storage and storage stacking of hazardous chemicals.The paper analyzes the safety requirements of hazardous chemicals storage,storage and storage conditions,warehouse channel types,warehouse layout principles and warehouse risk index.According to the design of warehouse channel,the layout is divided into "V-type" and "Cross-type".The basic form,using channel and double-layer arrangement design,established a mathematical model for stacking optimization of hazardous chemicals warehouse stacking.The simulated annealing algorithm is simple and easy to implement and has strong local optimization ability.The multi-objective optimization problem is transformed into a single-objective optimization problem,and two basic forms of rapid layout optimization design are realized.In view of the shortcomings of the main channel width in the layout result,the warehouse utilization rate is low,the temperature update function in the simulated annealing algorithm is improved,and the warehouse utilization and operation efficiency are improved.In order to analyze the safety of the stacking layout scheme,a risk value evaluation model for the dangerous chemicals warehouse was established.The model can effectively analyze the safety of the layout scheme and optimize the storage layout under the maximum safety conditions.The calculation results show that the improved simulated annealing algorithm can be optimized in a short time,and the optimal layout of the warehouse is obtained.The "cross-type" warehouse layout has the advantages of high utilization rate,short transportation path and low warehouse risk coefficient.The layout optimization model and risk value evaluation model proposed by the thesis have a good guiding significance for the layout management of hazardous chemicals warehouse.
