The hazardous chemicals which have many categories are always flammable, explosive, erosive, poisonous, and so on, especially in warehouse management link of hazardous chemicals, rapid industrial development makes the increasing amount of usage and storage of hazardous chemicals, which leads to low efficiency of traditional chemical warehouse management. Concerning this phenomenon, an intelligent monitoring system based on radio frequency identification(RFID) technology was designed. The purpose of this study was to improve intelligence level of hazardous chemicals storage management, and reduce the probability of theft and chemical coexist phenomenon.Firstly, the paper analyzed the research and application of hazardous chemical storage industry management at home and abroad. And then studied the RFID technology, wireless charging technology, Zig Bee technology and integrated stepper motor technology for applications in hazardous chemicals in the warehouse management system. Finally build intelligent warehouse management system of hazardous chemicals. This paper introduces the motor control module, the precise positioning structure, wireless charging devices, RFID reader module and other parts of the hardware system and working principle. Based on the analysis of RFID tag storage structure, make a detailed plan on how to store chemical storage information. Combined with Zig Bee wireless network communication technology, achieve wireless communication with the host computer and hardware, and improve the reliability of the transmission. Software part is written in Lab VIEW software development platform, complete full-featured, user-friendly intelligent hazardous chemicals warehouse management system. This paper introduced the virtual instrument technology, and made a detailed presentation of the front panel design, described the implementation process of the various parts of the software functions. In this part, users login and registration functions, chemical information search engine, information access capabilities, information modification functions and others from this kinds of section not only strengthen the security of information, but also allow users to access information more easily, and greatly improve the automation and intelligence level of hazardous chemicals warehouse management system. The paper made a simple test to this system at last. The results indicate that this system meets the expected requirements of stability and energy consumption, can be applied to the hazardous chemicals warehouse daily supervision.
