Project management has experienced many years of development and practice,the relevant theory and management system has been improving.As an important facility for coal chemical industry enterprises,sewage treatment plant size,technical parameters selection,economy,quality requirements and so on are the key issues that need to be considered,and also the focus of modern project management.Project time cost quality optimization objective is the key of project management,which is the guarantee of the smooth development of the project,quality improvement and cost saving.In addition,in the entire project development life cycle,also need to carry out the risk management and the risk early warning,in order to reduce the risk of the project,reduce the loss.In our country's sewage treatment project development background,taking Datang in a coal chemical industry wastewater treatment engineering project as the research object,analysis of China's current sewage treatment project management status quo,existing problems,and in project management,risk management theory basis,focusing on the analysis of project cost quality optimization and risk management and risk warning,a multi-objective optimization model and sewage treatment engineering project risk management ideas,and a sewage disposal project of Datang has carried on the empirical analysis,to provide support for the project optimization,risk management and overall project management level,and provide a reference and ideas for the project management related projects.
