This paper study on the Shanhaiguan sewage treatment plant project riskmanagement issues based on existing risk management theory and methods and to conducta comprehensive and detailed exposition and analysis from the three aspects of riskidentification, assessment and control, and proposed Risk Control Measures in theShanhaiguan sewage treatment plant projects.First, the article describes the theoretical basis of the project risk management, andbriefly analysis of the content and features of the risk management and project riskmanagement disciplines angle and target angle from the system point of view, carried outin-depth analysis of the connotation of the project risk management. Next, it is a briefdescription of project risk identification, risk assessment and risk control common method.Second, the article go into the details of the risk characteristics of the Shanhaiguan sewagetreatment plant projects from the forecast variability, the project’s overall relevance of theradiation of the project and the investment rate of return. The risk factors that affect theShanhaiguan sewage treatment plant project have been divided from the point of view ofboth the macro and micro. Article conducted a risk assessment of risk factors from thefour aspects of the natural risk factors, construction risk factors, running the risk factorsand equipment risk factors and sort of the level of risk of major risks factors. Micro riskfactors affect a large proportion of the project. And the risk characteristics of combined theShanhaiguan sewage treatment plant project and risk factors may cause the risk of loss offurther analysis and elaboration. Finally, it discusses in detail the risks from a projectmanagement system, the control of three levels of macro risk factors, as well asmicroscopic risk factors strengthen risk prevention and control of the Shanhaiguan sewagetreatment plant projects.
