In recent years,with the combination of unfavorable factors affecttion in coal industry,Kailuan is facing difficulties in resource shortage.According to the group's "large refined coal" development strategy,seize the main mine's own advantages to deepen the potential,increase coking coal products and output.Studied the coking rules of coal blending in Kailuan mining area and the blending of purchased coal and Kailuan coking coal,through historical data statistics,comprehensive test analysis of coal quality,petrography,coking single coal and blended coal.Obtained the optimal plan on the premise of ensuring the coal index and the quality of coke,which is reducing the ratio of self-produced coking coal and increasing the proportion of low-cost purchased coking coal and self-produced gas coal reasonably.At the same time,the feasibility verification was carried out with the example of the washing process,the linear correlation curve of the main indicators was established,and the coal blending test plan was summarized to achieve the expected goal of reducing production costs.Kailuan's main coal mines lithofacies analysis and optimization of coal blending and coking technology research lay the foundation for stabilizing the quality of coking coal,optimizing the product structure of coking coal,and upgrading the coal types,which are important for the group's maximum economic benefits and expansion of coking coal resources strategic significance.The main research contents of the paper as follows:(1)Choose Donghuantuo mine and Qianjiaying mine,which are representative high-yield mines in the Kailuan area.The coal seam coal quality data for the past ten years were statistically analyzed.It is expected that there will be no major fluctuations in the coal quality of the two mines in the next three years.(2)Comprehensive coal quality and petrographic index analysis and evaluation were carried out on three types of coals,which were commercial coal from Kaihuan Donghuantuo mine,commercial coal from Qianjiaying mine,and outsourced coking coal from Chengde,determined the stable coal type of commercial coal.Through the 40 kg coke oven coking experiment,the coking characteristics of each type of coal were evaluated.(3)Based on the systematic analysis of the structural characteristics of the above three coals,the experimental study of the influence of different blending ratios of the three coals on the performance of coke was carried out,and the optimal coal blending plan was obtained.(4)Taking Qianjiaying's internal coal and purchased coal as an example,from the actual analysis of washing production process,the selectivity change trend of coal blending was established;the correlation curves of coal blending volatile matter,cementation index,and vitrinite reflectance index were established and optimized guide daily coal quality testing.
