Study On Comprehensive Assessment System For Coal Mine Safety

Because of its coal as an important energy base,it has a pivotal role in economic and social development,sustainable development of the national economy is an important strategic role.Coal mine safety production process is directly related to our long-term economic construction,and energy efficient development strategy can be achieved,at the same time,for our well-off society and modernization of building plays a decisive role.Therefore,we must attach great importance to coal mine safety production,its relationship to the broad masses of people's lives and property,but also to ensure that the coal industry sustained,stable and healthy development,providing basic security for economic development.In this paper,the existence of the current development is currently China's coal industry and the current coal mine production safety problems start with an extensive collection of data,theories and methods of system engineering for all the factors that may affect the coal mine production safety to conduct a comprehensive analysis;at the same time,the establishment of comprehensive evaluation index system for enterprise safety of our coal mines and build a comprehensive model of Coal Mine safety evaluation based on Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation;to a Mines Ltd.for the study,the use of security evaluation model empirical analysis and evaluation a Mines Ltd.the current security situation and ensure safe production,improve competitiveness and provide safety recommendations for the coal mining enterprises.Results of this study include:(1)Based on the theory of accidents and safety,determine the scope of the study of coal mine safety system.Meanwhile,the analysis of the current coal mine accident causation,which defects in China's coal mine safety management mode of the current,to lay the foundation for the later Mine Safety Evaluation Index System.(2)for Coal Mine Safety Risk Factors systems analysis,to understand the relationship among factors,with reference to the corresponding literature and"Mine Safety Law" and other laws and regulations,built for China's comprehensive safety evaluation system of coal mining enterprises,including personnel,equipment,management,7 secondary indicators environment,information,and corporate safety culture,while at secondary indicators,"Coal Mine safety evaluation guidelines" section choose three indicators,the use of questionnaires,evaluation under the relevant experts and industry personnel reference and finally select a more appropriate 28 three indicators,the eventual establishment of Coal Mine safety evaluation system.(3)the establishment of Coal Mine Safety Evaluation Model for Enterprise.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of coal mining enterprises to carry out empirical analysis,using quantitative and qualitative methods of mine safety comprehensive evaluation in the A coal mine fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of empirical analysis,mine safety rating for the fourth grade,and the corresponding safety guidelines opinion,enriched safety evaluation system.
