Wool fiber is a kind of natural protein fiber with excellent performance and is loved by people.In wool production,wool will undergo combing,wool washing,carbonization and other processes,which will cause different degrees and different ways of damage to wool fiber,damage its structure and reduce its performance,leading to the quality of wool textiles,and bring economic losses and life troubles to enterprises and consumers.In recent years,graphene in nanomaterials has made great achievements in material modification due to its excellent properties.This article first through the orthogonal experiment to get graphene attached to the main influencing factors of wool fiber,and then through the study of the acid and alkali treatment of wool fiber,respectively,for imitation wool processing of the general process of technology,using coupling agent to make graphene attached to no treatment,acid treatment and the wool fiber surface after alkali treatment,get no treatment,acid treatment,alkali treatment,graphene and graphene+ acid treatment and alkali?6 kinds of graphene processing experiment scheme.The effects of graphene on the surface structure and several major physical properties of wool fibers were investigated.It is important to improve the quality of wool fiber and increase its functional diversity.In this paper,the surface structure and several main physical properties of wool fibers treated with graphene were studied as follo ws:1.Using graphene for wool fiber processing water bath temperature,the length of water and drying temperature for graphene attached to the wool fiber surface,the main factors by orthogonal test design,test the graphene for wool fiber main physical properties(tensile,resistance to friction)index,the influence of intuitive analysis and variance analysis through the results of the experiment,the result is shown as:three effect of wool fiber tensile properties and friction resistance factors influence degree sorting as follows:drying temperature>the length of water bath temperature>.2.Through surface observation and surface element analysis of samples of 6 experimental schemes,it was found that the wool fiber surface scale layer was slightly corroded after acid treatment,and the surface was relatively smooth and uniform;After alkali treatment,wool scale layer corroded strongly,part of the cortex was exposed,and the surface was rough.Graphene could be attached to wool fibers without treatment,acid treatment and alkali treatment,and the content of C on the surface of the fibers increased significantly after attachment.The attachment effect of the three treatment schemes was:graphene+alkali treated>graphene+untreated>graphene+acid treatment.3.Based on the experimental project of 6 kinds of samples fiber tensile properties of single factor experiment,the results showed that graphene processing have promotion effect on tensile properties of wool fiber,tensile performance to include:the graphene+no treatment>graphene+alkali treatment>graphene+acid treatment,improve degree of sorting is:graphene+alkali treatment>graphene+no treatment>graphene+ acid treatment.4.Based on the experimental project of 6 kinds of samples fiber friction resistance of single factor experiment,the results showed that graphene treatment on wool fiber friction resistance to promotion effect,friction resistance sorting is:graphene+acid treatment>>graphene+no processing graphene+alkali treatment,improve degree of sorting is:graphene+alkali treatment>graphene+ no treatment>graphene+acid treatment.5.Based on the experimental project of 6 kinds of samples fiber antistatic performance of single factor experiment,the results showed that graphene treatment on the antistatic performance of wool fiber has the promotion effect,antistatic performance to include:the graphene+alkali treatment>graphene+no processing graphene+acid treatment.the degree of ascending sort of graphene+alkali treatment>graphene+no treatment>graphene+acid treatment.6.Based on the experimental project of 6 kinds of fabric samples hydrophobic properties of single factor experiment,the results showed that the wool fabric hydrophobic graphene processing performance are ascending effect,hydrophobic performance to include:the graphene+ alkali treatment>graphene+no processing graphene+acid treatment,the degree of ascending sort of graphene+alkali treatment>graphene+no treatment>graphene+acid treatment.
