At present,food inspecting institutions face a severe situation of external competition,in order to adapt to market demand,improving food testing efficiency is the main task faced by inspection institutions for a long time.In this thesis,based on the analysis of the food testing business process and the impact of each process on food testing efficiency,the law between detection time of food safety index and food detection efficiency was explored fully,and a food detection efficiency evaluation model was built based on principal component analysis.Using the model,the food testing efficiency was evaluated to improve efficiency of food inspecting institutions.Firstly,the testing business process of the inspecting institutions was analyzed,and the business is divided into four process steps:sample delivery,inspection,verification and audit.Based on the test data of SL City,the characteristics of food testing overdue time and its correlation was analyzed.The results show that the inspection time and the overdue time for food testing is exponentially distributed,and the correlation coefficient is 0.8643.Then,the main problems existing in the current food inspecting institutions were analyzed.The system analysis method was used to analyze the cause of the food testing overdue time.It was concluded that the food safety index testing process is the key reason for the food testing overdue.Finally,through the refining of food testing process,the principal component analysis of the duration of 21 food safety testing indicators was carried out,the case model was modeled according to the test data of SL City,and the key indicators were transformed into 8 principal components by the dimension reduction treatment method.The efficiency evaluation model was tested,and the probability density of the detection efficiency index was estimated,which is subject to the Gamma distribution,and the statistical method was used to establish the food detection efficiency rating standard.Through the research on food safety testing efficiency evaluation model of the thesis,the efficiency of each type of food safety testing can be evaluated effectively,the low-efficiency overdue risk can be identified providing effective risk control measures for food inspecting institutions,thus improving the efficiency of food safety testing.The research has certain theoretical value and social practical value...
