Looking for low-carbon,energy-saving clean energy has become the consensus of all countries in the world.The traditional building healing and cooling system has high energy consumption and low efficiency,so the high-efficiency,green and energy-saving hear pump technology has been rapidly applied and promoted.Taking rulehu new town of Ganjiang New District as an example,the paper systematically estimates the cooling load and hearing load of the area based on the full investigation of the area.According to the energy distribution characteristics of the research area,the waste heat of the power plant is selected as the energy source of the research area,and three cooling and heating schemes are proposed.After comparison,the waste heat pump of the circulating water of the power plant is determined as the energy supply scheme of the research area In the end,the energy efficiency of the project and the possible impact on the environment are analyzed and evaluated,and the corresponding measures are proposed.The main achievements are as follows.(1)based on the analysis of the climate situation in the study area,the duration of heating in winter and cooling in summer in the study area is determined.According to the use characteristics of different types of buildings,the typical single buildings are selected to calculate the design cooling load of air conditioning in summer and the design heating load of air conditioning in winter,The hourly dynamic energy consumption analysis software is used to calculate the annual hourly cooling and heating load of typical buildings.According to the calculation,the total annual cooling capacity is 212.38×104 gj.the total annual beating capacity is 59.78×104 gj,and the total energy supply is 272.16×104 gj.(2)according to the specific situation of energy distribution in the new town of nilehu,the energy supply scheme of the research area is compared and selected.This paper discusses she feasibility and advantages of waste heat energy supply in power plant,and designs three technical schemes for waste heat energy supply in power plant for technology and comparison Considering the stability,reliability,economy,energy conservation,environmental protection,safety and technical superiority of energy supply,the energy supply scheme is finally determined as the energy supply scheme of water source heat pump using the residual heat of circulating water in power plant(3)according to the calculated cooling and heating load of the research area,determine the cooling and heating scheme.The technical scheme,key parameters and main configuration of the circulating water pipe network,the energy station and the supporting cold and hot water pipe network are studied and demonstrated.Finally,the scheme of using the engineering system of the energy station to make up water is put forward(4)the system will produce slight environmental pollution during the construction and operation period.Measures such as adding sewage treatment equipment and noise barrier can be taken for treatment.The annual operation cost of the system is estimated to be 258078500 yuan,which is 20.3%less than the conventional scheme.
