Research On Profit Model Of Coal Logistics Park Of G Company

Coal is the most significant primary energy source in China.Affected by the capacity reduction policy and the geographical distribution of coal,The phenomenon of cross-regional coal transportation has become more and more obvious.The integration of coal resources to the integration of production,transportation and marketing,and the construction of a large-scale modern coal logistics park have become an important part of the general planning of the social logistics industry.However,due to the blind construction of coal logistics parks in various places in recent years,coal and logistics resources have been seriously consumed.A complete system has not been formed for the construction of the profit model of logistics parks.The research of this paper is based on the the establishment of company G,it has been focusing on the construction of modern coal logistics park,which is a representative coal logistics enterprise with mixed restructuring.Due to the slowdown of economic growth and the reform of the coal supply,Company G has a large operational problem,how to implement the profit model of the logistics park is extremely critical to the company's survival and sustainable development.Therefore,this article takes G Company's Coal Logistics Park as the research object and makes a more in-depth analysis of its profit model.By using the method of literature,investigation and financial analysis,this thesis puts forward the implementation recommendations of the G company's coal logistics park based on the four major elements of the profit model.Firstly,according to the research background and research significance of this article,combined with the related articles of the foreign and domestic logistics park,the content and method of the paper research are proposed.Then,the relevant theoretical knowledge of the profit model is explained,and the profit model is composed of four elements: profit source,profit point,profit leverage and profit barrier.The concept and feature of the logistics park are summarized,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of the paper.Secondly,taking the company's profile as a point,introduced the project background,basic situation,regional advantages,radiation range,etc.of the company's coal logistics park,and further described the park's function and social benefits.An in-depth analysis of the logistics park's profit model by using the four major elements,it has been found what isthe park's profit sources,profit points,profit leverage,and profit barriers.The feasibility of the logistics park's profit model was evaluated from the three dimensions of investment,income and cost estimation,and the profit model was selected according to the different growth cycles of the park.Finally,according to the elements of the profit model,the author put forward some suggestions for the profit model of the logistics park.At the same time,The author hopes that the analysis and Research on the above problems can match proper profit model for the coal logistics park of G company,give some advice for the future development of the company,and provide some reference for other emerging coal logistics companies.
