During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,China has seen significant progress of structural adjustment,transformation and upgrading in non-ferrous metal industry planning,entering the rank of manufacturing powers by the end of the period.The development of non-ferrous metal logistics industry helps accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure and the replacement of old growth drivers,and promote the sustainable development of the non-ferrous metal industry.As an important node for non-ferrous metal logistics services,non-ferrous metal logistics park has a scientific and rational planning of layout,which is of important realistic significance for increasing land resource utilization,reducing the construction and operation costs of the logistics park,increasing logistics efficiency and improving customer service level.As emerging industries,non-ferrous metal logistics parks have emerged,but today,very few have been in successful and effective operation mainly for their unreasonable layout.To avoid recommitting the same error,JG Non-ferrous Metal Logistics Park has done research on the layout planning based on a large number of literatures and research results.By reviewing the research history of logistics park layout planning at home and abroad,the paper summarizes the weaknesses of previous research results and clarifies the main methods and basic ideas of the layout planning of non-ferrous metal parks.We improve the systematic layout planning(SLP),determine the weight relation between the logistics and non-logistics through hierarchy analysis and construct layout models of dual-targeted and multi-constrained functional zone with the maximum comprehensive closeness and the minimum material handling costs on account of the influence of existing traffic factors on the layout results.By analyzing the functional positioning of JG Non-ferrous Metal Logistics Park and predicting the logistics demands of the park,we establish the planning principles and objectives for JG Non-ferrous Metal Logistics Park.We apply the improved systematic layout design(SLP)to the layout planning of JG Non-ferrous Metal Logistics Park and solve the layout model of constructed functional area with the genetic algorithm and determine the layout plan of JG Non-ferrous Metal Logistics Park.Finally,measures for implementing the layout plan of JG Nonferrous Metal Logistics Park are proposed.
