Research On Project Risk Management Of Northwest Coal Logistics Park In Wuwei

With the development of coal industry in northwest China,especially in xinjiang autonomous region,the pressure of coal transportation is increasing.Wuwei is located in the middle of hexi corridor of Gansu province,is the key to an railway transportation hub,its connection LanXinXian,lanzhou-chongqing line,line,dry LanCheng line,Po line,such as multiple lines,the radiation scope includes central south,southwest and the coastal areas in China,is the Xinjiang coal transport to other parts of the main line,has obvious geographical advantages.Therefore,China plans to establish coal reserve base and coal logistics park in northwest China in Wuwei city,Gansu province.Coal logistics park construction project in northwest China as the research object,based on risk management theory to guide,to projects that may occur in the process of risk analysis,combining quantitative and qualitative analysis,and evaluation of project may occur in the process of construction project risk,the risk for the end,the corresponding risk management.In learning a lot of engineering project risk control theory knowledge,on the basis of reading related literature both at home and abroad,and by using comprehensive analysis project risk control theory of Wuwei northwest coal logistics park project,according to the project construction condition,may occur in the process of project construction are analyzed and the risk of identification;Then,the method of brainstorming is adopted to identify project risks,and the management,finance,supply chain,environment and other aspects of project risks are clarified through the above methods.Then possible risk by analytic hierarchy process(ahp)with clear the proportion of the various indicators of risk evaluation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to clear the level of each risk,the project evaluation to moderate level of risk,and to strengthen risk control,make risk response;Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project,relevant plans and measures are formulated for the existing risks.In this paper can effectively identify the Wuwei northwest coal logistics park project risk,may arise in risk evaluation for the project,help to analysis to identify projects in the level of risk in the course of the construction of the final for the project construction risk aversion,risk prevention provide guidance in advance.
