At this stage,coal plays an important supporting role in the stable development of China's national economy.However,due to the special underground operation environment of Underground Coal Mine,complex and variable uncertain safety risk factors are easily formed in the underground production system.Moreover,the basic research on the special identification and evaluation of the systematic risk of coal mines by most companies are relatively weak and safe.Once the risk is not properly controlled,it will often cause serious losses to the country.Therefore,systematically comprehensive and accurate special safety risk identification and quantitative evaluation of underground safety risk factors in Underground Coal Mine are the key to the sustainable and stable safety production of coal mine enterprises.Based on the research results of coal mine safety risk management and coal mine special risk identification-evaluation system at home and abroad,this paper analyzes some theories icluding the basic theory of coal mine risk management,accident causation theories,the theoretical of trajectory crossing model and "1 + 4" risk identification and evaluation mode,which clarifies the theoretical basis of special risk identification and evaluation for underground coal mines.Through the analysis of the risk characteristics in the system of coal mine production,based on the 4M-C-I theory and from the perspective of human-machine environment-management,this paper analyzes,identifies and selects the main risk factors in the system of coal mines production by using the hierarchical holographic modeling method and risk filtering rating and management methods,in order to establish a special risk identification and evaluation index system of underground coal mines.The system is composed of 8 firstlevel risk layers and 32 second-level risk layers.The first-level risk layers include personnel risk,management risk,facilities and equipment risk,work environment risk,safety culture risk,safety information risk,technical equipment risk and other inherent risks of underground coal mines.Improve the analytic hierarchy process by using identicaldiscrepancy contrar theory which belongs to Set Pair Analysis,which can get a subjective weighting method named SPA-IAHP.In addition,based on set pair analysis theory,the method of single index IDO connection determination measure is introduced to build a special risk identification and evaluation model for underground coal mines.Finally,taking the coal mine Z as an example,the paper verifies and analyzes the evaluation model and the results show that personnel risk factors,safety culture factors,safety information factors and technical equipment risk factors are in a state of greater risk.Accoding to those risks,some corresponding risk management and control measures are put forward.The research results of this paper provide important reference for the special risk identification and evaluation of underground coal mines,which provide theoretical support for the sustainable and stable development of underground coal mine enterprises.The paper has 12 pictures,30 tables,and 83 references.
