Mine Safety Evaluation Based On Set Pair Analysis Theory

China’s coal mine safety situation is grim, evaluation of coal mine safety has importantpractical significance. Evaluation method has been a research hot spot of coal mine safety andother fields. Due to the problems with complexity and uncertainty, this paper introduced aquantitative evaluating method for uncertainty information, set up a comprehensive evaluationsystem of coal mine safety based on set pair analysis.First, according to the characteristics of China’s coal production, based on the analysis ofexisting safety assessment methods, we propose a set of comprehensive evaluation of coalmine safety analysis and rough set model based approach. Set of multi-objective decisionbased on the principles and methods of analysis, the establishment of a five-elementconnection number of comprehensive evaluation model. The rough set theory withoutproviding any prior information of data collection issues outside of the required processing canfully reflect the objectivity of the data.Second, coal mine as a system to carry on the comprehensive consideration, from theenvironment, personnel, equipment, management and safety culture and safety informationsuch as the six factors (i.e.,4M-C-I), comprehensive analysis of coal mine safety evaluationindex system is constructed, and using of the rough set software Rosetta algorithm for attributereduction index, Johnson got to eliminate redundancy attribute index variable, form areasonable simplified safety evaluation index system.Finally, the index system into a simplified set of analytical models, the actual mineproduction safety evaluation, get the security status of the main factors in good agreement withthe actual coal mine, and the impact of safe production of coal mine safety managementguidance is important. The practical application of evaluation methods show that the model is simple, easy to use, reasonable indicator system is simple and reliable method forcomprehensive evaluation of coal mine safety.
