China is the world's largest tobacco producer and consumer.However,compared with the giant international tobacco companies,there is a huge difference in marketing part between Chinese cigarette companies and international ones.On the one hand,the development environment of the tobacco industry is slowly influenced by the framework convention on tobacco control issued by the world health organization.On the other hand,China's tobacco industry has reached the new normal of oversupply and stock segmentation.Under the new normal,smoking in the public health hazard consciousness gradually improve,brand competition is more intense,the environment for tightening the traditional means of promoting efficiency is greatly reduced,the development of the tobacco industry has encountered unprecedented difficulties and challenges.Therefore,in order to stand out and occupy a dominant position in the market,tobacco enterprises should start with brand,enhance brand value,enhance brand competitiveness,and stri ve to make the brand bigger and stronger,so as to make the achievement by leaps and leaps.SX tobacco brand is the largest tobacco brand in China,and bears business pressure of corporation developing.In order to consolidate and develop its market positio n in S province,and expand the market outside the province,SX tobacco brand will discuss what brand promotion strategy should be adopted through the study of brand promotion and the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Firstly,this paper analyzes the macro environment,brand status and summarized data of SX cigarette brand.Based on the current situation of SX cigarette brand,issues of SX cigarette brand are analyzed;secondly,This chapter constructs the evaluation system of SX cigarette brand promotion strategy based on analytic hierarchy process;thirdly,the strategies of SX cigarette brand value promotion are put forward from five aspects: overall marketing layout,image construction and promotion,network management channels,brand culture and follow-up maintenance.At the end of the article,this paper proposes measures to strengthen the implementation of strategy from four aspects of organizational structure,technology research and development,enterprise culture and personnel management,so as to ensure the effective implementation of SX cigarette brand.By studying the case of SX cigarette brand,this paper proposes the strategy of enhancing the brand value of SX cigarette,and tries to provide new ideas and decision reference for the tobacco brand mana gement in China.
