In 2018,China's tobacco industry and commerce is a very extraordinary year,tobacco enterprises increased inventories,product sales growth slowed down,coupled with increased national tobacco control efforts,the introduction of policies such as cigarette tax increase and fair price,all intensified the competition among various brands in the cigarette market.Yunnan tobacco,as the pillar industry of Yunnan economy,is also facing unprecedented development pressure in the increasingly fierce market competition.In order to promote the rapid recovery of the tobacco market economy in Yunnan Province,China tobacco Yunnan industrial Co.,Ltd and other tobacco business enterprises have the responsibility and obligation to adopt more scientific methods to enhance their brand value and contribute to the economic development of Yunnan Province.However,the current market situation of Yunnan cigarette brand is not optimistic.The brand market and brand value are in the stage of urgent adjustment and promotion.Therefore,how to enhance the overall competitiveness of Yunnan cigarette in the market has become a major problem facing Yunnan tobacco.Through the analysis of the present situation of the promotion of new cigarette products in Yunnan,this paper investigates and analyses the market acceptance,overall competitiveness and specific brand image of new cigarette products in Yunnan,and analyses whether the new cigarette products in Yunnan have effective brand promotion strategies.Through the investigation,it is found that there are many aspects in the current sales situation and overall strength of new cigarette products in Yunnan and other key brands.The overall structure of Yunnan cigarettes is not high,and the promotion and maintenance system of new brands is not perfect.Based on the analysis of the situation of Yunnan cigarette itself,and from the aspects of external market environment,internal brand strategy,market corresponding strategy and personnel construction,this paper puts forward that Yunnan cigarette should innovate marketing methods,lead consumption upgrading,optimize the layout of new product structure,enhance brand structure,subdivide target consumer market,open up new market opportunities and strengthen enterprises.Many strategies,such as integrating resources,improving the brand maintenance mechanism of new products,and constantly increasing market share,have opened up a new situation for the promotion of new products of Yunnan tobacco.
