Construction And Application Of Multi-industry Work Safety Risk Management System

Safety is the eternal theme of enterprises.With the continuous development of social economy,people's demand for safety is getting higher and higher.and any company can't afford the damage and impact of accidents.At present,the safety production situation in China continues to improve,and the safety.production situation of various enterprises continues to improve.However,there is a large gap between the safety production work of the enterprise and the national safety production requirements and the safety production needs of employees.It is nooessary to strengthen safety produclion management,rapidly improve the enterprise's safety production management capabilities.and continuously meet national safety production requirements and employee safety production needs.This article takes the safety production risk management of a multi-industry enterprise as the object,systematically expounds the formation,devwlopment and application of the safety production risk management system home and abroad,analyze the core connotations of each system and clarify the commonaleties and differences between the various systems,study the core content and core methods of safety production risk management.On this basis,the in-depth analysis of the safety production status of multi-industry enterprises is made,and a set of safety production risk management system suitable for multi-industry enterprise is proposed.The research results mainly include the following aspects:(1)Based on the analysis of the development process of the safety production risk management system,the direction of safety management at risk pre-control,which is in line with the wstablishment of a "dual prevention "mechanism for risk calssification management and hidden trouble investigation and governance proposed by the state.(2)Construct the multi-industry risk management system.This paper makes an in-depth understanding of the production safety management system of four domestic enterprises,analyzes the similarities and differences of each management system,and clarifies the core content of the production safety risk management system and the essence of system operation.On this basis,the paper puts forward the framework of the multi-industry safety production risk management system,that is,the management system is composed of 13 units,which are mutually connected and influenced to form an organic whole.(3)Establish the evaluation standard of multi industry safety production risk management system.Based on the results of risk assessment at home and abroad,the standard of hazard identification and risk assessment in workplace is put forward,the methods of hazard identification and risk assessment are defined,and the operation risk assessment,occupational health risk assessment and environmental risk assessment are guided.(4)Establish safety production risk management system and operation mechanism.Through nearly two years of exploration and practice,the enterprise has built a safety production risk management system composed of 13 units,and through the different settings of workplace management,production appliance management and production management unit content,it has realized the safety production risk management system suitable for mining,power,chemical,smelting and other industries.
