Research On Safety Risk Pre-control Management System

Transportation engineering branch of the second transportation period is integrated transport service in the national energy group,the main traffic,maintenance,traffic,electricity and so on four big professional,both vehicle station and locomotive maintenance,various professional work process,there are some potential safety risk factors,through the overall analysis of the safety risk factors and comprehensive and reasonable control,can effective implementation of the safety risk precontrol purpose,ensure the stability of transportation engineering branch of development have a rank.First of all,according to this study,combined with relevant literature review and analysis,as well as relevant theoretical knowledge of the safety risk pre-control management system,a comprehensive and systematic collation and summary,to guide deeper research.Secondly,according to the status quo of the safety risk pre-control management system in the second transportation section of the transportation engineering branch,this study established the assessment and rating standards for the safety risk management system of various specialties.The assessment and scoring standard framework of this system includes 4 first-level indicators and 10 second-level indicators.Through the integration analysis of the safety risk pre-control management system personnel,machinery,environment,management and other four first-level indicators.Based on the investigation and statistics,determine and establish the risk management list of the second transportation department,mechanical,vehicle,vehicle,etc.In addition,the operation effect of the safety risk pre-control management system in the second transportation section is evaluated and analyzed.Through the improvement and application of the safety risk pre-control management system,it is concluded that the safety accidents in the departments,mechanics,vehicles,vehicles and other specialties are significantly reduced compared with that before the implementation of the safety risk pre-control management system.
