The SRM uses the rotor reluetance to produce torque,that is,"the principle of minimum reluctance",to work.It has the advantages of simple structure,wide adjustment range,excellent speed regulation performance,small starting current,high dfficiency in wide range speed regulation and high system reliability.Belt conveyor is a common material transportation device,which has the advantages of wide application and strong reliability.In this paper,the switched reluctance motor is applide to the belt conveyor,and fuzzy control and variable universe adaptive fuzzy control are used to make the belt conveyor have the characteristics of wide range speed regulation and high reliability.There are many difterent control methods for the speed regalation of SRM in different applications.This paper introduces the structure and principle of SRM,establishes themathematical model on this basis,and analyzes the relationship between the traffic volume andthe speed matching of the belt conveyor,so as to choose a fuzzy control and variable universe adaptive fuzzy control method.Due to the obvious edge effect and high local saturation of therotor pole of SRM,the whole magnctic circuit is highly nonlinear,and phase inductance isa nonlinear function of the current and the rotor position angle,so the SRM can not cstablish an accurate mathematical model,so the fuzzy PID control method is adopted.Considering theuncertain extemal interference in the actual system and the limited adaptive ability of the fuzzy control method,the variable universe fuzzy control PID control is designed based on the variable universe theory to improve the speed control performance of SRM.The main research object of this paper is the three-phase 6/4-pole switched reluctance motor.Through the MATLAB/simullink platform,setting the motor operating conditions and related parameters,the speed regulation method of variable universe fuzzy control is simulated,At the same time.TMS320F28335 is used as the experimental platform of SRM speed regulation,and LabVIEW virtual instrument is used to realize the upper computer program.Combined with the simulation and experimental results,the feasibility and effectiveness of theapplication of the variable universe fuzzy control method are verified.
