Since the 21st century,with the development of industry and the increasing demand for coal,the information construction of coal industry has become more and more important.Reasonable,perfect and advanced coal transportation,sales and settlement management mode can support the coal industry to advance with The Times,promote the steady development of the coal industry,effectively link the management,transportation,audit,settlement,capital flow and other stages of the entire coal chain smooth,forming a system of organic whole.Based on this background,this dissertation adopts the method of combining theory and practice to carry out the research.This dissertation expounds the research,design and realization process of coal transportation,sales and settlement management platform through four stages.In the first stage,the dissertation analyzes the informationization status of coal transportation and sales settlement management and the significance of the coal transportation and sales settlement management platform.In the second stage,the feasibility analysis and demand analysis are carried out for the operation scheme of the management platform.According to the requirements of the management platform,the management platform is divided into four subsystems:my panel,coal transportation business,system setting and statistical report;The third stage,including four aspects of the system outline design:system architecture design,function design,system database design and class design and analysis;Fourth stage,based on J2EE development platform,USES the object-oriented programming language and SQL Server database,realized the coal business subsystem of 13 main functions,including fixed management,vehicle management,the vehicle,goods management,demand management,single coal and coal statement audit,management,management of withdrawal slip,pools of capital management,capital management,the freight charge a statement audit,audit.The platform solves the problems existing in the coal transportation and marketing work,optimizes the management process,improves the work efficiency,and provides a strong guarantee for the information management of coal enterprises.Through the system function test,compatibility test,the test shows that the system meets the design function and application requirements.The system interface is concise,the operation is simple and convenient,the function is clear and clear,the performance is efficient and stable,meets the requirements,can run stably.
