Research On The Relationship Between Green Technology Innovation And Enterprise Performance Of Jiangtong Based On VAR Model

With the rapid development of the economy,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,and green technology innovation is the main means to deal with the contradiction between economic development and the environment at this stage,which is directly related to the future development of enterprises and the construction of social ecological civilization.In 2005,General Secretary Xi Jinping first put forward the scientific conclusion that "green water and green mountains are Jinshan and Yinshan".In2015,the Chinese Communist Party put forward the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing".By the 19 th National Congress of the Party,in the report of the meeting,the concept of "harmonious coexistence between man and nature" was raised to the height of national strategy.It can be seen that if companies want to achieve long-term and high-quality development,green development is crucial.Enterprises consume a lot of pollution while consuming resources.They should shoulder the responsibility of protecting the environment and improve their own ecological management concepts.At the same time,under the new economic normality,enterprises should seize opportunities,drive innovation,and improve through green technology innovation.Corporate performance to achieve sustainable development.At this stage,there has not been a unified conclusion on how the relationship between green technology innovation and corporate performance has been formed,so this article has drawn up a research theme based on this point.This article first summarizes the domestic and international research status of green technology innovation and corporate performance,and on this basis,defines the concepts of green technology innovation and corporate performance.Then,the sustainable development theory,green technology innovation theory,stakeholder theory and triple bottom line theory are taken as the theoretical basis of this paper,and the guiding significance of each theory to this paper is analyzed.Then,it briefly introduced Jiangtong,a leading nonferrous metal enterprise,and reasonably constructed a green technology innovation evaluation system with nonferrous metal enterprise characteristics to analyze the situation of Jiangtong's green technology innovation;using the enterprise performance evaluation system to analyze Jiangtong's corporate performance.Finally,the Eview8.0 software was used to build a VAR model to study the relationship between Jiangtong's green technology innovation and enterprise performance from 2008 to 2019.According to the research results,suggestions were made from the perspective of the enterprise,government and society.The study found that green technology innovation of Jiangtong has a positive interaction with the company's economic performance,environmental performance,and social performance.In view of the research results,this article puts forward suggestions that the government should increase support,enterprises should increase investment,and societyshould increase publicity.
