In view of the economic applicability and accuracy requirements of in-situ water quality in-situ water quality automatic detection equipment,in order to achieve rapid,accurate and convenient detection of groundwater and surface water quality,this paper designs a single light source water quality intelligent sensor based on the fluorescence detection principle of optical method,and the mechanical structure and hardware of the water oil sensor,and the mechanical structure,hardware circuit and software of the oil water sensor are designed in detail;a test platform for a single oil light source intelligent sensor in water is built.Hardware design,water intake,pretreatment,drainage,data collection,data processing,data storage and remote communication are integrated.For the interference factors such as electromagnetic wave,temperature,turbidity and so on in the sensor detection process,the median filtering method and the recursive average filtering method are used to process the collected signal,and through wavelet noise reduction and waveform reconstruction,the data noise reduction is completed,and finally the obtained data is smoothed.In order to reduce the influence of temperature and turbidity on the detection accuracy,a temperature and turbidity algorithm compensation model was established.A large number of experiments have been carried out by the self-designed singlelight water quality intelligent sensor.The experimental data show that the indication error of the water oil sensor is 0.736mg/l,the repeatability is 1.95%,the zero drift is 0.255mg/l,and the maximum indication drift is-4.79%.It is proved by experiments that the sensor can accurately detect oil in water in real time.At the same time,the single-light source intelligent sensor test platform can realize online accurate detection of water quality parameters,and the integration of detection and remote intelligence realizes unattended,fast and convenient detection function.Has good practical value.
