discharged from oil refining industry.It has a good porous structure of molecular sieves,which can be recycled to save resources and reduce environmental pollution caused by landfill treatment.C9 petroleum resin is a kind of thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerization of C9 fraction produced as a by-product of ethylene production.Due to its large amount of unsaturated double bonds and impurities such as O2-,S2-and Cl-,its application scope is limited.Hydrogenation modification of C9 petroleum can obviously improve its chromaticity,photothermal stability and mutual solubility,which expands the application field.At present,the catalysts for hydrogenation of C9 petroleum resin mainly include Pd,Ni,Ni WS and Ni Mo S,which have the disadvantages of harsh reaction conditions,easy deactivation of catalysts and high production cost.The development of new catalysts,optimization of production process and study of relevant action mechanism are valid to solve these problems.In this paper,Ni/SFCC-CD and Ni Pd/SFCC-CD catalysts were prepared with activated regenerative FCC catalyst as the carrier and?-cyclodextrin as the metal complexing agent.The main research contents are as follows:?1?Supported Ni/SFCC-CD and Ni Pd/SFCC-CD catalysts were prepared by wet impregnation with activated and regenerated FCC catalyst as carrier,?-cyclodextrin as metal complexing agent.To investigate the influence of catalyst preparation conditions such as the amount of?-cyclodextrin,nickel load and palladium load on the catalytic hydrogenation activity of Ni/SFCC-CD and Ni Pd/SFCC-CD,the single factor experiment method was used to optimize the preparation process.The optimal preparation condition of Ni/SFCC-CD and 5Nix Pd/SFCC-CD catalyst were 5wt%nickel load,?-CD/Ni=0.1 and 0.5wt%palladium load,respectively.?2?The physical and chemical properties of Ni/SFCC-CD was analyzed by XPS,XRD,TEM and so on.Also,the mechanism of action of?-cyclodextrin was explained.The results showed that?-cyclodextrin complexes with Ni?NO3?2 and the formation of[?-CD+Ni]2+complex,not only effectively restrict the decomposition rate of Ni?NO3?2,also control the Ni O crystallization nucleation process,meanwhile,enhance the interaction force between Ni and SFCC carrier,eventually making Ni particle size from7.5 to 3.5 nm,dispersion increased from 20.56%to 29.08%,leading to Ni/SFCC-CD with better catalytic activity and stability.?3?The effects of reaction temperature,hydrogen pressure,catalyst dosage and reaction time on Ni/SFCC-CD catalytic hydrogenation of C9petroleum resin were investigated by single factor experiment.The results show that under the optimal conditions of reaction temperature 260?,reaction pressure 7 MPa and reaction time 2 h,the bromine value is 1.45 g Br/100 g,the Gardner colour number is less than 1,and the sulfur mass fraction is less than 10?g/g.After testing the service life of 5Ni/SFCC and5Ni/SFCC-CD,the catalytic performance of 5Ni/SFCC decreased rapidly with one-shot,and good catalytic activity of 5Ni/SFCC-CD remained with four times.?4?The physiochemical properties of Ni Pd/SFCC-CD catalyst was analyzed by means of H2-TPR,XPS,XRD and so on,such as reduction properties,surface chemical properties,and crystal phase structure,additionly,explaining the synergistic mechanism between Ni and Pd.The results showed that due to the advantages of Pd reduction,Pd would transfer electrons from Pd to Ni,which promotes the reduction of Ni O,improves the Ni concentration on the catalyst surface,and enhances its catalytic performance.At the same time,due to the interface electron transfer between Ni Pd metal and the carrier,a number of electron rich centers formed,which is conducive to the dissociation of hydrogen and makes the hydrogenation reaction easier.?5?5Ni0.5Pd/SFCC-CD catalyst was applied to the hydrogenation reaction of C9 petroleum resin,and the effects of reaction pressure,reaction temperature,reaction time on the hydrogenation reaction of C9 petroleum resin were investigated by single factor experimental design.The results showed that the optimal reaction conditions of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin are as follows:reaction temperature 250?,reaction pressure 7 MPa,reaction time 1.5 h,its bromine value 1.37 g Br/100 g.Through the service life test of 5Ni0.5Pd/SFCC-CD catalyst,it is found that 5Ni0.5Pd/SFCC-CD has a longer service life than 5Ni/SFCC-CD catalyst,and the catalytic activity remains high after being recycled for 7 times.The bromine value of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin is 1.48 g Br/100 g.
