With the continuous increase of supervision on ecological environment protection and the continuous improvement of standards,in particular,in addition to the original monitoring indicators,monitoring indicators such as nitrogen and phosphorus have been added and defined,which makes many mustard enterprises in Fuling District have to upgrade their wastewater treatment facilities to meet the new environmental protection standards and environmental supervision requirements.However,some enterprises found that many wastewater treatment methods and methods can match with the actual situation of wastewater discharge in the process of wastewater treatment facilities transformation.Because of this,enterprises can not make good decisions.In view of the above problems,this paper,through in-depth analysis of many domestic and foreign wastewater treatment methods and treatment methods,puts forward several alternative methods,based on the actual situation of the enterprise,determines the wastewater treatment methods,and introduces the whole life cycle cost technology,and compares the total cost of upgrading the wastewater treatment facilities corresponding to several different wastewater treatment methods Analysis,combined with the cost-benefit analysis method,the total cost is divided into three parts:investment cost,operation and maintenance cost and social environment cost,and then through the difference comparison method,the economic advantages and disadvantages of several treatment methods are compared.On this basis,this paper explores the establishment of the decision-making index system of wastewater treatment projects by comprehensively considering the impact of wastewater treatment facilities renovation on the future development of enterprises,the impact on the surrounding ecologicalenvironment and the impact on the social value creation,and introduces the fuzzy analysis method and the AHP method to effectively convert some qualitative indexes into quantitative indexes Finally,the index values of different schemes are evaluated,which provides a more reliable basis for the final decision of wastewater treatment mode.Based on the analysis of the status quo of wastewater treatment process and environmental protection requirements and standards of CM Food Co.,Ltd.,this paper puts forward the necessity of optimizing the decision-making of mustard tuber wastewater treatment project in the enterprise,and demonstrates the economic evaluation of the whole life cycle cost management and cost-benefit analysis in the optimization decision-making of wastewater treatment project by studying the economic type of the wastewater treatment project At the same time,in the comprehensive evaluation of the decision-making of the wastewater treatment project,in addition to the quantitative analysis of the economic benefit indicators,the paper also introduces other qualitative indicators such as social and environmental indicators,and through the establishment of the optimization decision-making evaluation index system of the mustard tuber wastewater treatment project,the qualitative indicators are successfully converted into quantitative indicators,providing a reliable for the comprehensive decision-making analysis Data support.
