Because of its practical advantages such as strong storage capacity,the chest of drawers has become one of the indispensable furniture items.However,unreasonable design is likely to cause greater safety hazards in the chest of drawers.In recent years,there have also been frequent reports that the chest of drawers overturned and crushed young children to death.In order to effectively help furniture companies improve the stability of the chest of drawers,this subject took a typical chest of drawers as the research object and conducted an in-depth study on its anti-overturning performance.The main research results are as follows:Summarize the style,structure and structure of common chests of drawers in the market through literature search,network,field research and other methods;conduct a step-by-step and overall force analysis of the chests of drawers in common life scenarios to obtain a stable state of the chest of drawers Mechanical equationAiming at the state that the chest of drawers has no forward tilt angle and a forward tilt angle with respect to the ground,a mathematical model for overturning of the chest of drawers is established.According to the analysis model,the anti-overturning ability of the chest of drawers mainly depends on its own gravity and the position of its center of gravity.Then,through the combination of the center of gravity method and the parametric modeling,the dynamic center of gravity coordinate formula of the chest of drawers when there is no forward tilt angle relative to the ground is obtained.The hanging method has been verified;based on this,combined with the rotation matrix,the dynamic gravity center coordinate formula when the chest of drawers has a forward tilt angle is solved.According to the anti-overturning stability equation of the chest of drawers,the influence coefficient K is set to evaluate the influence of each variable of the chest of drawers on its antioverturning ability.Through theoretical analysis and selection of characteristic point fitting:(1)In the state of no forward tilt angle,the total length of the drawer pulls on the stability of the chest of drawers K = 0.03;in the state of no forward tilt angle,the drawer is fully opened,the cabinet body The influence coefficient K of mass,cabinet center of gravity x-coordinate,drawer mass,drawer center of gravity x-coordinate,and maximum drawer length of drawer are 2.30,-4.02,0.23,0.16,and-0.16,respectively;(2)forward tilt angle with forward tilt angle The coefficient K =-4.3 for the stability of the chest of drawers;with the forward tilt angle and the drawer fully opened,the influence coefficients K of the cabinet mass,cabinet center of gravity coordinates,drawer quality,drawer center of gravity coordinates,and maximum drawer length are respectively It is 0.22,-1.30,0.05,0.03,-0.04.Based on the theoretical analysis of the stability of the chest of drawers,according to the four test conditions stipulated in the national standard,ADAMS was used to simulate its motion,which verified that the drawer model established in this paper meets the stability requirements of the national standard.By comparing and analyzing the results of motion simulation and theoretical analysis,it is concluded that the error of the influence coefficient of each variable is less than 6%,and the simulation result is within the allowable range of error.Based on the theoretical analysis and ADAMS simulation test,the physical experiment of the anti-overturning stability of the chest of drawers was carried out.The experimental results showed that the influence coefficients of each variable were-0.03,2.24,-4.13,0.23,0.17,and-0.16 without the forward tilt angle.,The average deviation is less than 7%.In the state of forward rake angle,the influence coefficients of each variable are 4.27,0.22,-1.4,0.06,0.04,and-0.04,and the average deviation is less than 8%.The average deviations are all small,and the experimental results are basically consistent with the theoretical derivation results,which further verifies the validity and accuracy of the effect of the variable of the chest of drawers proposed by this subject on its stability.
