| Rapid economic development of China has brought huge environmental costs,and the problem of haze pollution is becoming more and more serious.As the public health risks and economic losses caused by haze pollution are becoming increasingly severe,the governance of haze will still be one of the important focuses to achieve sustainable economic and social development in China.The development of human economy needs to consume energy,which indirectly leads to the formation of haze.As the core factor of economic development and social progress,technological innovation plays a key role in the governance of haze.Indepth study of the whole process of technological innovation can clearly understand the differences in the impact of innovation on haze pollution in different stages.Energy consumption is one of the main causes of haze pollution.The curse of resources in different regions will reduce the energy utilization rate,and extensive use of energy will aggravate the haze pollution.Look at the combination of energy endowment and haze pollution.Whether there is a long-term relationship or effect between energy endowment and haze pollution.Whether the level of energy endowment can directly or indirectly affect the local haze pollution and whether there is long-term spillover effect.Exploring the answers to these questions can not only verify whether there is a resource curse in China’s haze pollution.We can also take targeted measures to control haze from different stages of technological innovation.Moreover,it has important theoretical guidance significance for the sustainable development of our country,the formulation of energy conservation and emission reduction policies and the construction of ecological civilization.Therefore,based on the consideration of the spatial spillover effect of haze pollution,the technological innovation ability based on the value chain perspective and the energy self-sufficiency ability of energy endowment,this thesis studies the spatial effect of technological innovation and energy endowment on haze pollution.This thesis is based on innovation value chain,factor endowment theory and Environmental Kuznets curve.Firstly,based on the PM2.5,technological innovation level and energy endowment of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2006 to 2016,the spatial correlation of the three is studied by using the spatial correlation index method combined with the global and local spatial distribution characteristics.Secondly,the spatial panel measurement model is established to discuss the impact of technological innovation and energy endowment on haze pollution.Thirdly,according to the five-year plan of China’s national economic and social development plan,the heterogeneity of haze pollution in different stages of technological innovation is determined.According to the level of haze pollution,the country will be divided into different regions to further verify the resource curse effect of haze pollution,and finally put forward the means of prevention and control of haze pollution.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)in the research sequence,the overall spatial relationship pattern of haze pollution,technological innovation and energy selfsufficiency has not changed greatly,and the spatial aggregation effect is obvious and longterm stable.The central region is located in the middle of the developed and backward regions in terms of technology level and natural factors,so it is easy to become the input place of haze;the technological innovation and haze pollution cluster area has overlapping effect with the energy self-sufficiency cluster area.(2)Based on the overall analysis of the samples,there is a resource curse phenomenon in the provincial haze pollution in China.Technological innovation plays a significant role in promoting haze pollution in this region and other regions in the two stages of technological development and transformation.The effect of energy endowment on reducing the haze pollution in this area is not good,and it can reduce the haze concentration in other areas.(3)Based on the analysis of samples in different periods,the higher the economic level,the greater the impact of economic development level and industrial structure on haze,and the stronger the negative effect of environmental problems brought by technological innovation.The energy-saving and emission reduction effect of new technology in the research and development stage is not obvious,but in the transformation stage,the energy-saving effect of new technology will be expanded through scale and industrialization.(4)Further robustness analysis shows that the resource curse phenomenon is significant in the high pollution area of haze,while the technology crowding out effect and resource curse effect are not significant in the low pollution area.The above conclusions have positive reference significance for haze control:(1)according to the spatial spillover effect and agglomeration characteristics of haze pollution,the regional joint prevention and Control Co governance mechanism combined with environmental protection and ecological industrialization is adopted for haze control.(2)Promote the prevention and control of haze from the perspective of spatial layout,carry out industrial transfer in different regions,and narrow the gap between the rich and the poor.(3)In the stage of technology research and development,it is necessary to keep pace with the development,pay attention to the rebound effect of pollution,reduce the shrinking behavior of environmental protection standards in the stage of technology transformation,and coordinate the connection of industry university research cooperation.(4)We will improve the use of high-quality coal,increase investment in environmental governance in areas with heavy haze pollution,establish a compensation mechanism for ecological damage,and break the "lock-in effect" of the resource curse.(5)Driving energy system reform from technological innovation,providing cleaner and cheaper energy products through technological progress,and reducing haze pollution.Figure [1] table
