In the 21st century,the biomedical industry has developed rapidly.Basic biomedical enterprises have participated in the domestic and international markets through reform and innovation,and have continuously developed and achieved certain achievements.R&D personnel are one of the most important core competitiveness of enterprises.It is a key factor for enterprises to bring into play their core innovation capabilities,capture the market,expand their business scale,and achieve sustainable development.It is not only conducive to the reform and innovation of basic bio-medicinal enterprises,but also conducive to the smooth transition of China's economy from high-speed to high-quality development.Therefore,How to carry out scientific and reasonable performance evaluation is of great practical and theoretical significance.On the basis of studying and referring to a large number of related monographs and literature on performance evaluation,this paper takes Lanzhou ASL Biological Products Co.,Ltd.as an example,through questionnaire survey,to understand and analyze the current performance evaluation status of the company's R&D personnel.It is concluded that the company has a single evaluation index,a lack of scientific process,and a lack of complaints and feedback in the performance evaluation of R&D personnel After comparing different performance evaluation methods,KPI and 360 performance evaluation method are chosen to put forward the design plan for the performance evaluation system of the company's R&D personnel.On the basis of studying and referring to a large number of related monographs and literature on performance evaluation,this paper takes Lanzhou ASL Biological Products Co.,Ltd.as an example,through questionnaire survey,to understand and analyze the current performance evaluation status of the company's R&D personnel.It is concluded that the company has a single evaluation index,a lack of scientific process,and a lack of complaints and feedback in the performance evaluation of R&D personnel.After comparing different performance evaluation methods,KPI and 360 performance evaluation method are chosen to put forward the design plan for the performance evaluation system of the company's R&D personnel.
