The management system has gone through a relatively long development process.From the early consideration of very limited indicators to the comprehensive consideration of relevant indicators involved in the operation of the company,the enterprise performance management system is becoming more and more perfect.Taking the optimization of the performance appraisal system of marketing personnel in DS Cement Company as the research object,this paper studies the existing problems in the performance management system of enterprises under the circumstances of excess production in the cement industry,obsoleteness of some enterprises due to backward production technology,and new challenges in the marketing of cement building materials.By means of questionnaire,interview,literature review and other research tools,this paper analyzes the performance appraisal status of DS Cement Company,and expounds the problems such as single performance appraisal indicators,unscientific performance appraisal process of part of the work,inadequate implementation of corporate performance management,and untimely feedback of appraisal results.This paper analyzes the reasons for the lack of overall management of performance appraisal,inaccurate appraisal position of performance appraisal management,insufficient communication and feedback of performance appraisal,and unscientific establishment of performance appraisal management system.Studies have shown that in order to solve the problems existing in the company marketing personnel performance appraisal system,from the department to promote employees' career planning,scientific decomposition,strengthening the key index evaluation,perfect performance appraisal system,strengthen personnel training and timely feedback of examination scores aspects take measures to improve corporate performance management level.
