The energy-saving and environmental protection industry in Quanzhou has begun to take shape,involving environmental protection product production,environment-friendly product production,resource recycling product production,environmental services and other fields.However,the overall level of energy-saving and environmental protection industry in Quanzhou is low,lacking leading enterprises and brand enterprises,and environmental protection enterprises have grown greatly.Space.This paper analyzes the policy mechanism of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in each large economic region through literature and questionnaire survey,and comprehensively analyzes the measures,effects and difficulties taken by the government agencies in the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industry in Quanzhou City.At the same time,through case study,it draws on the experience of Dezhou municipal government in supporting energy conservation and environmental protection industry,and finally proposes that Quanzhou Municipal government should promote energy conservation and environmental protection industry The optimization suggestions for the transformation and upgrading of energy conservation and environmental protection industry are as follows: to build a policy group to support energy conservation and environmental protection industry,to build a scientific and reasonable energy conservation and environmental protection industry chain,to improve the financial and scientific and technological service system,and to strengthen market cultivation.
