China has gradually steps into the post-industrialization stage,along with this trend,some resources and environmental problems such as high pollution,high emission and high energy consumption have become increasingly prominent.Thus,environmental pollution and ecological destruction have become one of the biggest challenges for industrial development.Therefore,it is important to promote the industrial green growth and green transformation to further promote the development of China's green economy.Considering the background of worldwide green technology innovation and diffusion,this paper focuses on green technology spillover effect and industrial green growth.Some useful conclusions are obtained as follows.Firstly,the SBM-Undesirable model is revised,the Feder model is revised,and the industrial green total factor productivity is estimated reasonablely.Energy consumption and environmental pollution are taken into the accounting framework of industrial total factor productivity,the improved SBM model is proposed by applying the entropy method,and then the industrial green efficiency is estimated accurately.Combined with the global Malmquist model,the dynamic industrial green total factor productivity and its decomposition indexes are estimated.It is found that the contribution of green technical progress is gradually strengthened.There is difference in regional industrial green growth driving forces,the green technology efficiency is the main driver in the Central,while the green technical progress in the West.The result shows that once the environmental constraints are ignored,the industrial green total factor productivity will be overestimated.Besides,by adding the hysteresis effect,the modified Feder model shows that there is significant positive spillover effect in the information industry.Secondly,the theoretical industrial technology diffusion model is constructed.The C-H model is revised.The dynamic panel model of green technology spillover and the threshold model of green technology innovation are constructed.The conditions of adopting green technology can be obtained from China's industrial technology diffusion model.A modified C-H model is proposed to analyze the effect of green technology spillovers on the industrial green TFP.The result of convergence model shows that the integration trend of green technology innovation is more obvious in the Yangtze River Delta.Besides,the result of threshold regression model shows that,the two threshold values of the third industry proportion are 0.367 and 0.594,while the threshold value of the energy level and the regional per capita GDP are 0.963 and 25052 respectively,thus providing the developmental direction and implementation approaches for their green development.Thirdly,the industrial second-energy consumptions are taken into CO2 emissions accounting system,the Tapio decoupling analysis model is constructed The PVAR model of green technology spillover and industrial CO2 emissions performance is constructed.To estimate the regional industrial CO2 emissions,the industrial second energy consumptions are taken into CO2 emissions accounting system.The spatial analysis shows that the space heterogeneity of industrial CO2 emissions is significant under the geographical proximity weight matrix,while it is not significant under the economic weight matrix.Based on the dynamic impact response function,the decomposition and Granger Causality analysis,the Panel VAR model shows that the international green technology spillover has significant emission reduction effect in the East and Central.At the same time,it can also significant promote the regional green technology spillover.Fourthly,Cani???ls model is revised,environmental regulation matrix and economic environment weighted matrix are introduced to study the spatial linkage effect of industrial green transformation performance.The revised Cani???ls model shows that Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong and Jiangsu have obvious advantages in the stock of green technology knowledge.There exits obvious difference of green technology spillover in the East Central and Western.The performance of China's industrial green transformation has positive spatial agglomeration trend.The endogenous linkage analysis shows that,the green transformation performance of adjacent regions has significant positive externalities.While the green technology innovation,green technology spillover,trade and the integration of information and industrialization have promotive effect on the performance of industrial green transformation.The exogenous linkage analysis shows that,the green technological innovation level and the integration of information and industrialization level of adjacent regions are positively significant,while the trade has a negative effect,FDI is not significant.
