Dust pollution has always been a major problem in mining areas,and the dust from transportation roads is one of the main sources of dust.Dust pollution not only speeds up mechanical wear and reduces production efficiency,but also damages the ecological environment and endangers the health of employees.Aiming at the problem of road dust in mining areas,based on the principles of practicability and economy,an environmentally friendly composite dust suppressant was studied from the perspectives of coagulation,moisture absorption and moisture retention.The components of the dust suppressant were screened through viscosity,normal temperature and high temperature anti-evaporation test,moisture absorption test,and high temperature anti-evaporation test,and the best content of each component was determined using interpolation and fitting methods.Through the analysis of electrochemical technology,it is found that the electrochemical technology has the effect of electroosmotic consolidation and electrochemical reaction on the dust sample.The microscopic mechanism of the modification of the dust sample by the electrochemical technology is studied.As an electrolyte,the type of electrode material is taken as the research object,and electrochemical experiments are designed to enhance the abrasive resistance and consolidation ability of dust samples,and the iron electrode is determined as the best electrode material.According to the principle of comprehensiveness and scientificity,various performance indexes of the dust suppressant are tested.And designed a laboratory simulation of road dust and detection device to simulate the road dust test,this device can simulate the temperature and humidity in the field environment,vehicles and wind speed and other main factors affecting the dust,making up for the insufficiency of the field test.The performance indicators of the dust suppressant and the test results of the simulated road dust test show that the electrochemical modified dust suppressant has a good effect.Taking the Lijiahao Coal Mine as an example,comparing the cost of water spraying and dust suppressant use,it can save about 3.43 million yuan in 10 years.Secondly,the composition analysis and planting test show that the dust suppressant is not harmful to the environment.In addition,the dust suppressant has a wide range of materials,simple preparation,economical application,environmental friendliness,wide application scenarios,and strong promotion and application.There are 57 figures,13 tables and 82 references in this paper.
