Study On Planning Of Country Parks In Floodplain Of The Yellow River In Henan From The Perspective Of Ecosystem Service

The floodplain of the Yellow River in Henan Province refers to the beach land on both banks of the lower Yellow River,which Below the Taohuayu,a gathering place for the poor.The proposal of the National Yellow River Ecological Protection and High-Quality Development Strategy puts the ecological protection and livelihood development of the floodplain of the Yellow River in Henan in an important position,which has aroused people's attention to the ecosystem service function.Ecosystem services build the connection between people and nature.Studying the construction of the country parks from the perspective of ecosystem services can effectively improve the well-being of people belong the Yellow River.This article focuses on the special geographical location of the floodplain of the Yellow River in Henan.Exploring the application of the ecosystem service theory to the planning of the country park along the Yellow River,proposes the suitable steps of the country park planning.Guiding the country park with the assessment of ecosystem services and put forward the planning method of landscape element planning under the characteristic landscape style.The article first systematically analyzed the planning policies and development trends of the floodplain of the Yellow River in Henan.Focusing on coordinating the contradiction between human settlement development in the floodplain and ecological protection of the Yellow River,the necessity of optimizing the planning of the country park in the floodplain of the Yellow River in Henan based on the ecosystem service theory is proposed.Secondly,through literature review,theoretic research on ecosystem services and country parks is conducted,and the planning principles and landscape features of the country parks in the floodplain of the Yellow River are summarized.Then the equivalent factor method is used to screen the classification and evaluation indicators of ecosystem services.Establishing a frame work for assessing the ecosystem services of the country parks in the floodplain of the Yellow River in Henan,so as to improve the planning methods of the country parks.Then on the use of domestic and foreign construction practice projects for reference and theoretical framework,practice application in the Country Park Planning Project in Changyuan City,Henan Province.The practice project discovered site problems through preliminary research,proposed planning objectives and strategies,and screened specific evaluation factors for the country park ecosystem services based on site characteristics and crowd needs.Guide the planning of the landscape elements based on the evaluation indexes of various factors,and demonstrate the previous theoretical research.The planning achievements provide directions for the country park planning in the floodplain of the Yellow River in Henan.
