As the main energy in China,coal has made an important contribution to the development of national economy.Although the development of coal mine safety monitoring technology has made great progress,there are still many shortcomings,so it is very important to strengthen the orderly and safe development of coal.At present,the fixed sensors are mainly used in coal mine safety monitoring,which can not monitor the surrounding environment of the personnel in the well in time.Therefore,the research on the intelligent mobile terminal system of coal mine environment security monitoring has certain application value.This paper mainly analyzes the development of safety monitoring technology at home and abroad,and uses the sensor technology and embedded technology to study data transmission and analysis processing technology,and designs a high integration,powerful and power consumption.Low security monitoring intelligent helmet system.The system is divided into three parts:data acquisition layer,data transmission layer and data analysis layer.In the data acquisition layer,the miners' safety helmets are used as the carrier,and the functional modules with S3C2440 controller as the core are integrated to complete the functions of underground personnel positioning,mine work environment information monitoring,real-time voice communication,remote video monitoring,sound and light alarm,etc.In the data transmission layer,the data transmission between the data acquisition layer and the data analysis layer is completed by means of wireless transmission to wired transmission;in the data analysis layer,the monitoring software developed by the system completes the display,storage and alarm of the monitoring data.,management and other functions,and through the DDE communication technology to call MATLAB software,based on the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,the monitoring data analysis,complete the gas warning.Finally,the system is tested and the test results are consistent with the theoretical analysis results.The information collection system of mine safety helmet plays an important role in improving the working environment of the whole coal mine.It can collect the surrounding environment data of coal mine workers in real time,and can guarantee the safety of the miners and coal mine production in time and effectively.It has important application value.
