With the rapid development of coal mine safety monitoring technology,the situation of our country's coal mine production safety has improved greatly.However,there are still many shortcomings in the current coal mine safety monitoring,for example,miners are hard to have a good knowing of their surroundings,the arrangement of monitoring sensors are difficult to keep up with the advance of the mining face,effective means of early warning of coal mine lacks a lot and so on.Therefore,developing a safety monitoring mobile terminal which can be used in coal mine will be of great benefit for the safety monitoring of underground coal mines in our country.In this paper,research status of coal mine safety monitoring at home and abroad is firstly analyzed.Aimed at some problems existing in underground mine safety monitoring in our country,deep studied are respectively progressed from the embedded,sensor,wireless communications,data analysis and processing aspects.A low power consumption,strong mobility,miniaturization of the monitoring idea is introduced in this paper and a coal mine safety monitoring intelligent helmet system is designed in this paper.The system consists of three parts:data acquisition layer,data transmission layer and intelligent monitoring and analysis layer.In the data acquisition layer,as the core of the functional modules,the S3C2440 controller is integrated in miners safety helmets to get the underground personnel positioning of miners,monitoring the operating environment information of miners,realizing the real-time voice communications,remote video surveillance,sound and light alarm and other functions.In the data transmission layer,through the wireless transmission to the cable transmission way,the data transmission between data acquisition layer and intelligent monitoring analysis layer is completed.In the intelligent monitoring and analysis layer,through the monitoring software developed by the system to display,storage,alarm,manage the monitoring data and other functions of the monitoring data,and through the DDE communication technology call MATLAB software,combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation theory to complete the early-warning of gas by analyzing the data.Finally,through the running test of the system,the test results consistent with the theoretical analysis.The study on underground coal mine safety monitoring intelligent helmet is an important supplement to the coal mine safety monitoring technology in our country.The test shows that.the system can achieve the expected target,the promotion and application of this system will have important engineering value for the safety production of coal mines and the safety of miners.
