| In coal mines,the equipment train on the fully mechanized mining face is the tool that is the most commonly used to carry the power supply equipment and the hydraulic power source equipment.The number of equipment trains is large and the overall length is long.In the process of face mining,the movement of the equipment train needs large labor power with cumbersome operations,making the safety management difficult.At present,most coal mines in China still use the wire rope winch traction to move the equipment train on the train track,which is prone to serious safety hazards such as accelerated falling and derailment accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to study a safe and efficient self-moving equipment train that can reduce the labor intensity of workers,which can not only strengthen the safety of workers in coal mines,but also improve the la.bor efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face.Whether the equipment train can move quickly and safely with the advanc.ement of the mining face has become an important factor for the achievement of high production and efficiency in coal mines.Accordingly,this paper designed a double-track self-moving equipment train on the fully mechanized mining face.This paper first discussed and elaborated several mechanical control modes of self-moving equipment trains,and then briefly analyzed the operation process as well as the automatic control requirements of double-track self-moving equipment trains.Through the comparison of the operation modes between the single-track winch moving equipment trains and the trackless self-moving equipment trains,the paper proposed a control system scheme for double-track self-moving equipment trains consisting of automation control products produced by Siemens on the basis of the PLC technology.A set of PLC technology using Siemens S7-300 series products was also designed as the control system with the combination of the geological conditions of the fully mechanized mining face in Shenmu Ningtiaota Coal Mine.The STEP7 programming software was used to compile the on-site PLC control program so as to help realize the automatic control of equipment trains.This paper used the MCGS industrial control configuration software produced by Beijing Kunlun Tongtai Co.,Ltd.to configure the control and monitoring functions of the control system of equipment trains.In addition,the paper designed the automatic control and manual control,status and displacement display so as to realize the control and monitoring of the self-moving equipment trains.It can effectively solve the problem of easy accelerated falling and derailment accidents of the track equipment trains with ordinary winch traction during the movement so as to make the equipment trains move safer and more efficient along with the mining face,which can move in 0。~7。tunnels after verification.It can not only reduce the working volume such as track disassembly and installation during the equipment train movement,but also lower the material costs and decrease the personnel investment.It can also reduce the labor intensity of workers.Its application can greatly enhance the operation reliability and shorten the time taken to move the equipment trains;providing the equipment and technical guarantee for the automatic and efficient coal mining of the fully mechanized mining face as well as the safety and efficient operation of the equipment trains in coal mines. |
