At present, mining technology gradually tends to be intelligent mechanized, the mining and transport equipments involved in coal mining are becoming more and more emerge in an endless stream. As one of the largest coal mine system, the transport system still widely uses rail traction winch rope to complete the transport of materials and coal transportation. However, this kind of transportation technology has the disadvantages of easy off the road, running, big difficulty of safety management, low transportation efficiency, high labor intensity and poor operation safety. Aiming at above problems, the stepping self-moving equipment train is designed.The mainly research object of this paper is the stepping self-moving equipment train, its main function is to transport relevant corollary equipment required in coal mining, such as the emulsion pump station and so on. In this paper, aiming at the stepping-type forward request for equipment train to move, the analysis and design is studied on hydraulic thrust system of the equipment train and completing the finite element analysis of the equipment train.Firstly, combined with shortcomings of the mine transportation system, the core content of this paper is put forward. According to this core content, the application status and development trend of track and trackless equipment trains are investigated, and putting forward the research purpose, content and route on the research.The walking principle, structural composition and structural design of the equipment train are elaborated. Then, the design and calculation are carried on hydraulic system of the equipment train. Three mainly aspects are as follows,1) the calculation of the movement condition and the load for the hydraulic system,2) the design of the hydraulic system,3) the selection of relevant corollary equipment for the hydraulic. Finally, the finite element analysis was carried out on the equipment train structure, the analysis results show that the structure design of the equipment train is reasonable and reliable.Through the summary of the full text, on this topic in the futurefurther development made some prospects.To summarize the full text and make a prospect.
