Metal mineral resources play an indispensable role in China's economic construction and are the basic driving force for the sustained and healthy growth of China's economy. At the same time, due to the characteristics of labor-intensive,closed working environment and long duration of operation, metal mining enterprises have become one of the high-risk industries that people are concerned about. At present, with the further strengthening of national safety supervision, the safety investment of mining enterprises is also further increased. However, with the increase of safety investment, the marginal benefit is increasingly obvious. Therefore, the research on the prevention of production accidents in metal mines has gradually shifted from the external environment to the human environment.Statistics show that the accidents caused by unsafe behaviors account for about 80% of the total accident rate, and the psychological factors and physical state of the individual itself are important factors that cause the unsafe behaviors of the individual. Therefore, the research on the psychological factors behind the individual behaviors and the human environment in which the individual is located becomes more and more important. At present, scholars at home and abroad have gradually turned to the research on the influencing factors of behavioral psychology, such as cynicism, psychological resilience, leadership style, accident experience, etc.Accident experience is a common psychological influencing factor for miners, and it will affect the behavior choice of miners in risk environment. Therefore, through the research on the theory of the impact of accident experience on the unsafe behavior of miners,it has great practical significance to improve the effect of enterprise safety education and control the unsafe behavior of miners.Based on the analysis of social cognitive theory and planned behavior theory, this paper discusses the adaptability of the two theories to the unsafe behavior of miners in this dimension. Then, based on the three-dimensional interaction model of social cognitive theory, through the study of accident experience literature, this paper puts forward two post dependent variables of accident experience, risk perception and safety attitude, and according to the three-dimensional interaction The mutual theory puts forward the environment regulation variable of safety atmosphere, and constructs the research framework of this paper.Secondly,it analyzes the impact mechanism of accident experience on the unsafe behavior of miners, and studies the regulation role of safety atmosphere in the model. The results show that:(1)accident experience has indirect negative effects on non intentional unsafe behaviors and intentional unsafe behaviors respectively through the intermediary effects of risk perception and safety attitude, among which the total effect of accident experience on intentional unsafe behaviors is-0.404,and the total effect on non intentional unsafe behaviors is-0.263;(2)risk perception in accident experience on safe behaviors The degree plays a part of mediating role, and the safety attitude plays a part of mediating role in the role of risk perception on non intentional unsafe behaviors. The total effect of risk perception on intentional unsafe behaviors is-0.460,and the total effect on non intentional unsafe behaviors is-0.477;(3)the positive regulatory role of safety atmosphere in the positive impact of accident experience and risk perception on safety attitude,as well as in the two paths of negative influence of risk perception on intentional unsafe behavior and non intentional unsafe behavior, safety atmosphere plays the most significant role in adjusting safety attitude in accident experience.Through the research of this paper,we answered the "aftereffect effect" of past behavior on future behavior, and confirmed the mediating role of risk perception and safety attitude in the impact of accident experience on unsafe behavior of miners, and the moderating role of safety atmosphere in the model.
