Study On Intervention Effects Of Safety Training On Unsafe Behavior Of Miners

Security,is the hope of all coal mine enterprises,in strengthening enterprise safety production management,the leaders of the coal mine enterprises have taken many measures,but the effect is not very ideal.The analysis of unsafe behavior' occur causation and influence factor of miners,master the measuring method of the unsafe behavior of miners,research the intervention strategy of the unsafe behavior of miners,helpful to predict and control the unsafe behavior of miners,reduce the unsafe behavior in the process of production.Safety psychological training is a kind of new enterprise safety management training method,it through safety psychological training to enhance the safety awareness of the employees,reduce the appearance of unsafe behavior in production,is the new hope of enterprise safety management training.The miners' work has the characteristics of continuity,miners working underground for the long time will produce depression,compulsion,anxiety,big psychological pressure and so on,so as to trigger unsafe behavior.Appropriate psychological training can adjust the unhealthy mental state of the miners,so as to improve unsafe behavior of the miners.In order to investigate the effect of safety psychological training on the incidence of unsafe behavior in coal miners,taking Shanxi Xiang Coal Mine SL Group as a test area,extract 260 coal miners as subjects,and the subjects were divided into two groups,experimental group,control group(130 coal miners in each group).Using safety psychology related knowledge to train the coal miners for a month.the control group not to carry out training.A questionnaire survey was conducted in the experimental group and the control group before and after the training.Data analysis using SPSS20.0 and cording to the questionnaire survey results,to analysis the influence of psychological safety training in coal mine workers of unsafe behavior.The results found that:safety psychological training can improve the mental health level of the coal miners;safety psychological training can improved to some extent of the unsafe behavior of coal miners.
