Research On Safety Psychology And Safety Management Of Construction Workers

In recent years,China's construction industry is developing rapidly,but also facing some problems of safety management,these problems have attracted the attention of the country and society.According to the analysis of the statistical results of construction accidents conducted by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China,it can be seen that in addition to the reasons such as illegal design,illegal command and operation,low quality of employees,and imperfect emergency rescue mechanisms,Another factor is the unsafe behaviour of people caused by their insecurity.Through literature retrieval,reading and analysis,this paper understands the current research situation at home and abroad and forms a specific research idea and research framework.Based on the theory of safety psychology,taking the Z construction project as an example,using the ISM method,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the safety psychology and safety management of Z construction workers.Then we construct the ISM model of safety psychology and safety management factors of Z construction workers,and analyze the influence factors of ISM,and study the countermeasures to improve the safety psychological quality and safety management level of construction workers.Firstly,through the collection and analysis of literature and data,the safety psychology and safety management of construction workers in construction projects are studied and elaborated in detail,and then the safety factors of "4M" safety accidents and the safety psychological factors of construction workers are analyzed.It is clear that the psychological factors of human safety are the direct causes of safety management accidents,and lays a foundation for the construction of the ISM model of safety psychology and safety management factors of Z construction workers.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey of Z construction workers,21 major factors affecting the safety psychology and safety management of Z construction workers were determined from the aspects of individual,psychological,management,object,and environment.After investigating and analyzing the interaction between the influencing factors,The ISM model of safety psychology and safety management of Z construction workers was constructed,and 21 factors were analyzed based on middle level factors,which provided a reference basis for improving the safety psychological quality and safety management level of construction workers.Finally,with the reference of the ISM model of the safety psychology and safety management factors of the Z construction workers,through the on-site investigation and research of the construction project,the safety psychology and safety management problems of the construction workers of the project are combined.This paper puts forward four targeted measures:selecting and testing,improving safety quality,regulating people's psychology,and regulating people's behavior.It provides reference and guidance for improving the safety psychological quality of construction workers and improving the safety management level of the project.
