Study On Bim Technology In Safety Management Of Construction Project And Its Application

With the continuous improvement of China's economic level and the expanding scale of urban construction,the safety management problem in construction project is more outstanding than before.The traditional safety management method and technology play a more and more limited role in the construction stage,while the application of Building Information Modeling(BIM)in the project construction stage shows obvious application advantages.Based on the practical application of BIM technology in project safety management,this study takes "Xinjiang Art Center Project" as an example,analyzes the existing problems according to the safety management situation of the project,and establishes a complete safety operation and management system.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in construction safety management of "Xinjiang Art Center Project",and discusses the application process,construction of visual BIM construction site and auxiliary safety design,as well as the process control of BIM model technology in construction safety.Finally,the application of BIM technology in safety management is summarized from three aspects: design,construction and management.In the design stage,BIM is applied to draw 3d model,site layout is used to identify hazard sources,safety mechanics calculation is used to eliminate safety hazards,and the model isused to guide construction standardization management.In the construction stage,4D technology is applied,including construction progress simulation,visual disclosure,on-site safety emergency plan simulation,tower group collision prevention simulation,safety micro-video education,etc.In the management stage,5D technology is applied to carry out on-site production and cost management,quality and safety management,quality and safety issues,quality and safety evaluation,fixed-point inspection,two-dimensional code technology application,etc.The application of BIM technology has changed the traditional construction project safety management mode,and solved the problems such as imperfect safety management system,imperfect organizational structure,unclear management responsibility and incomplete implementation of safety supervision.
