In the chemical construction projects,there are still safety risks.Taking Sinopec XL cable material production line project as an example,there are still some safety management problems in the direct operation link.Therefore,this study to improve the safety management control system of the project,has a certain reference and guiding significance for other petrochemical construction engineering safety management.This paper states the related theories of project safety management in detail.On this basis,we reveal the existing problems in safety management through questionnaire survey,factor analysis and specific accident cases,and put forward more in line with Sinopec XL cable material production line project safety management strategy.According to this study,XL cable material production line project has safety problems in daily supervision,field organization and coordination,construction operation and other aspects,especially in the aspects of project construction operation specifications.Through in-depth analysis of the causes of these safety management problems,the main causes of the safety management problems in the direct operation stage of the project are: the implementation of the established safety regulations is not thorough,the daily supervision and inspection is not in place,and there are loopholes in the field organization and management.On this basis,proposed to improve the safety management landing effect,strengthen the daily supervision and inspection,improve on-site organization and coordination efforts and other improvement programs.The corresponding improvement measures put forward in this paper have achieved good results in practice.
