as the development of the carbon black industry.In the future,the construction of the “Belt and Road” will continue to inject vitality into the development of the carbon black industry and promote the transformation and upgrading of the carbon black industry.With the development of China's economy,a large amount of demand will be generated in the fields of food,beverages,pharmaceuticals,construction and new energy vehicles,and the demand for special carbon black market will increase steadily.Y Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.adheres to the corporate culture centered on the spirit of "altruism",closely follows customer needs and market development,adopts internationally advanced carbon black production processes and equipment,and is always committed to product technology research and development,continuous technological innovation and products.Innovative,the quality of carbon black for rubber and special carbon black developed and produced by the company is stable,and the sales network is spread in many countries and regions,and some carbon black varieties fill the gap in the domestic market.The company carried out strategic layout early,adopted a differentiated strategy,and reasonably used the high-performance advantages of carbon black products.The product price was always higher than the industry average.At the same time,it gained high customer stickiness and the company's competitiveness continued to increase.However,affected by factors such as stricter environmental protection policies in recent years,volatility of raw material prices and increasingly fierce global market competition,how Y Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.cultivates core capabilities and realizes the long-term development of the enterprise is a matter that the company must attach great importance and study Important issues.The thesis sorts out the relevant research results of the core competence theory at home and abroad,and adopts the literature research method to propose four characteristics of the core competence of the enterprise: uniqueness,value,dynamics,and extensibility.The thesis conduct a case study on Y Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.,and comprehensively analyzed the development status of the carbon black industry and Y Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.and the challenges faced by Y Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.under the new environment.Use SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of YCarbon Black Co.,Ltd..Following the characteristics of core competence,the core competence of Y Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.was evaluated and identified through questionnaire survey,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP.It was found that the overall performance of the company's core competence was "good",the overall score was4.304,and the corporate culture was " Excellent "(4.4622 points),strategic management ability(4.4103 points),production and operation management ability(4.3442 points),marketing ability(4.2242 points),innovation ability(4.2043 points),human resource management ability(3.8625 points)were "Yes".Corporate culture is the company's advantage index,and human resource management ability and innovation ability are short-term indicators.At present,the company has a certain degree of core ability,which is in the growth stage of core ability.However,because Y Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.is compared with large enterprises at home and abroad in performance appraisal and incentive mechanism,talent cultivation ability,research and development ability and knowledge management ability There are still obvious deficiencies.There is still a certain gap between the existing core competence of the company and the mature core competence that can make the company maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.It is necessary to continue to cultivate the core competence according to the development status and existing problems of the company.Finally,combining the qualitative analysis results of SWOT and the quantitative evaluation and identification analysis results of the core competence,the countermeasures for the cultivation of core competence of Y Carbon Black Co.,Ltd.under the new environment are proposed:The first,give full play to advantages and strengthen the corporate culture system.Promote unique corporate culture,enrich corporate cultural forms,and help corporate brand building.Second,consolidate advantages and implement industrial chain integration.Extend the upstream industrial chain,give full play to the advantages of the downstream market,improve the level of waste heat and exhaust gas utilization,and develop the special carbon black downstream industrial chain.Third,make up for shortcomings,improve human resource management capabilities and independent innovation capabilities.Strengthen the acquisition of human resources,strengthen human resource development,optimize performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms;improve the technological innovation system,strengthen core technology research and development,and improve knowledge management capabilities.
