Research On Logistics Management Information System Of Iron And Steel Company By The Port

With the development of the economy,the competition among steel companies has become increasingly fierce and the differentiation of steel products has become smaller.Iron and steel enterprises have not achieved effective results by adopting a series of measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency to cope with competition among the same industry.Enterprise managers began to change their concepts,from manufacturing to material flow.Therefore,how to reduce the logistics cost of enterprises,the benefits of logistics are gradually recognized by senior manager,and the competition among steel industries is also transform ed into competition between supply chain.As the most important logistics node of iron and steel enterprises,the port is a supply and sales transfer station for iron and steel enterprises.It plays an important role in steel logistics.Therefore,the logi stics management of iron and steel enterprise based on supply chain coordination theory has become a hot research topic.This paper takes harbor iron and steel enterprise as the research object,based on the supply chain coordination theory,focuses on the logistics status and existing problems of harbor iron and steel enterprise,and conducts SWOT(Strength 、Weakness、Opportunity、Threat)analysis on enterprise logistics management,and proposes a supply chain coordination management scheme.In view of the pr oblem of insufficient utilization of logistics resources and non-coordination of supply chain,the coordination level analysis of harbor iron and steel enterprise,the establish of logistics alliance for the supply chain coordination management strategy level,the tactical level of production scheduling optimization,and the operation level of information system implementation,establishing a supply chain coordination management model for harbor iron and steel enterprise.In view of the problem of inaccurate production planning use BP(Back Propagation)neural network to establish a supply chain coordination demand forecasting model,which greatly reduces the error rate of manual operations and improves work efficiency.The problem of low degree of information sharing is to establish an information system for production logistics.This paper applies the supply chain coordination management research to the practice of the Anshan’s Bayuquan factory,and improves the logistics efficiency of the Anshan Bay Bayuquan plant area through the establishment of information system.
