Study On The Improvement Of Safety Production Of HYHT Company

HYHT is a large-scale state-owned manufacturing enterprise established in 2013 and has been officially put into production since 2017.With the construction period into the process of operation and development,faced with the two periods of orderly transformation,the influx of new staff,the system and actual management run-in and other conditions,the safety production situation is more serious.HYHT company has always attached great importance to production safety management work,although the company in the aspect of safety in production has gradually implement scientific and standardized management model,through the standardization of production safety of the acceptance and occupational health and safety management system certification,but compared with other mature aerospace enterprise,there are some difference,therefore,how to effectively run the safety production management system,and how to pay special attention to the safety in production management,effective help companies control risks,is an important topic.Based on the relevant theories of safety management and industrial engineering,this paper comprehensively applies the method of safety management,and carries out the research on the improvement of safety production management based on the actual situation of HYHT company.This paper introduces the basic theories of safety management at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems existing in HYHT company's safety production situation,safety production objectives,organizational structure,system construction,occupational health management,emergency rescue management and other aspects.By using the tools and methods of industrial engineering and safety engineering management,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the safety management of HYHT company,including the countermeasures to the harmful factors in the production process.The countermeasures are put forward from three aspects: the improvement design of operating environment,the improvement design of safety warning and the promotion of 6S management.The improvement measures of work safety organization,management system,safety management objectives,hidden trouble detection,occupational health management,work safety education and training,emergency management,team safety management,etc.,to solve the problems existing in the current work safety management.This paper defines a series of safeguard measures for HYHT safe ty management improvement measures to ensure the effective implementation of safety management improvement measures.It is hoped that the improved safety management can bring into play the economic benefits and ensure the safety and orderly development of scientific research and production.
