Improvement On Safety Production Management Of S Wastewater Treatment Plant

This paper is based on the concept of industrial engineering management, the actual situation of the sewage treatment enterprise safety accident,the relevant theory of industrial engineering and safety production management closely together. By drawing lessons from domestic and international safety production management mode,taking a wastewater treatment plant safety management as an example,the typical case of the sewage treatment safety accident is analyzed,and the internal connection,reclassification,the use of industrial engineering management methods and thinking to work optimization.Due to the sewage treatment enterprise safety production management is a systematic management process. In this paper, by combing and application of industrial engineering methods,starting from the site management six elements of 5M1 E,use fishbone diagram causality analysis method, 5w2 h method,ESCRI and other basic methods, from the scene management and from two angles of engineering sewage processing enterprise safety in production management of the application of exploration and research,to find measures to solve the security problem. The design of the part of the safety production operation of the sewage treatment enterprises is guided by the method of engineering. It is clear that the sewage treatment enterprises should strengthen the safety protection consciousness, and carry out the safety management responsibility.At the end of this paper,the improvement scheme of the safety production management of the wastewater treatment plant is summarized and analyzed. In order to improve the safety management system,promote the process of safety standardization, improve the risk prevention and control ability,this paper based on the industrial engineering management concept,combined with the current situation of sewage treatment industry to make the sewage treatment industry management more standardized, standardized, systematic,ntific,preliminary established a sewage treatment enterprise safety production management system,and the implementation of industrial engineering management methods and ideas is imperative. The practice has proved that the use of industrial engineering method through the optimization of safety management plan,can strengthen the safety awareness,reduce the loss caused by accidents, can effectively save the cost of accidents, enhance the potential competitiveness of the sewage treatment plant,to play a huge environmental benefits and economic benefits.
